Information we process
ETF Info may process basic device, browser, page-view and interaction information to operate the site, understand performance and improve its research tools. If you send feedback, the information you submit is processed for responding to and evaluating that feedback.
Account features may store watchlists, portfolios, holdings and transaction records. First-party product analytics use an anonymous browser identifier or a pseudonymous account key. Portfolio analytics retain only position counts, instrument codes and allocation ranges—not shares, costs or monetary values—and admin reporting suppresses instrument-level groups with fewer than 10 users.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use local storage, cookies and analytics services for preferences, security and aggregated usage measurement. Browser controls can be used to restrict cookies, although some preferences may no longer persist.
Data retention and contact
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations and security. Raw first-party product events are retained for up to approximately 13 months; non-identifying daily aggregates may be retained for longer-term trends.
